Q: Why can't I connect with my FTP client?
A: Make sure
that your connection type is set to "Active". It is a limitation of our current
server that requires an Active Ftp connection.
Q: I keep getting a certificate error when trying to send an
e-mail using SSL connection. How can I remove this warning?
A: The mail server requires a valid SSL certificate to send with an
SSL connection without the error. If you require to send with a SSL connection,
please use securemail.aqwnet.com as your SMTP (outgoing) mail server.
